| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS Bid Reference No: XEN-EHV-PESH-01-2024 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDCL) ?the Employer?, intends to get the Works done for Contract No. XEN-EHV-PESH-01-2024 through NTDC own resources. The Scope of works includes Execution of balance work at 33 kV Pattan grid station being upgraded to 132 kV voltage level is as follows: EXECUTION OF BALANCE WORK FOR 02 NO.132 KV LINE BAYS ALONGWITH TRANSFORMER BAY AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT 33KV PATTAN G/STATION BEING UPGRADED TO 132 KV VOLTAGE LEVEL 2. The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the above scope of Works. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with PEC Single Stage-Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. 3. Bidders may obtain further information from, inspect at and acquire the Bidding Documents from the Office of the Employer, at: Executive Engineer EHV-I T/L ?C? A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested Bidder on submission of a written application to the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 2,000/-. The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer EHV-I T/L ?C? NTDC Peshawar, for XEN-EHV-PESH-01-2024 .The bidding documents may be collected in person. 5. The bidder (as main contractor or JV partner) should have executed One (01) extension/upgradation work on 132 KV or higher voltage substation or two augmentation works of 132 kV or higher voltage Substations in last Ten (10) years. The executed works should include erection, wiring testing & commissioning activities and shall be in successful operation for at least 2 years as of bid opening date. In case of JV the other partner shall have executed at least one (01) similar extension/upgradation work in 132 KV Substation 6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of the Employer valid for a period up to twenty eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. 7. The bids must be delivered to the above office on or before March 27, 2024 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 9.
